Case study · E-commerce
Ayurvedic e-commerce website case study:
Fyodor Ayurvedic Store.
6,000+ products from 145+ brands in one store, with stock and prices synced daily from the client’s ERP.
Results at a glance
Results depend on budget, market and offer. Past results don’t guarantee future outcomes.
The short version.
Fyodor Ayurvedic Store sells Ayurvedic products from 145+ brands online. Krinfy Growth Hub designed and built the store on WooCommerce, imported the full catalogue and wrote a custom plugin that syncs stock and prices from Medica, the client’s offline ERP. Automated email and WhatsApp reminders now recover about 12% of abandoned carts.
The challenge.
Fyodor needed thousands of products from many brands in one online store, with stock and prices that always matched their ERP.
Their ERP, Medica, is an offline system built for medical distributors. It has no ready connection to an online store. Updating 6,000+ products by hand would mean wrong prices on the site, and orders for items that are out of stock.
What we did.
- Designed the store for browsingShoppers can find products by brand or by health concern, and the store is built for mobile first.
- Imported the catalogue6,000+ products from 145+ brands, with categories, prices and stock.
- Built a custom ERP syncA WooCommerce plugin that reads stock and prices from Medica and updates the store every day, so the site matches the warehouse.
- Connected FluentCRMCustomers are grouped into dynamic lists, so each message goes to the people it is meant for.
- Automated cart recoveryShoppers who leave items in their cart get reminders on email and WhatsApp, sent through MSG91.
- Set up tracking before launchGoogle Analytics, Search Console and conversion events were live from day one.
